TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction modifications, reconstruction of the affected parts of the KH Palace building, construction of a new extension of a swimming-pool hall, wellness and balneotherapy facilities, including the related technological units and completion of the design documentation for the construction project. The subject of the contract is focused in particular on the reconstruction and construction modifications of selected underground storeys of the KH Palace building, the construction of new wellness and balneological facilities, technological support facilities and the extension of the swimming-pool hall, including the related construction, technological and landscaping modifications. The project represents a strategic investment in the restoration and development of the Sliač spa resort with the aim of creating a modern treatment and relaxation centre respecting the historical value of the building, the spa tradition of the site and current requirements for wellness, rehabilitation and balneological operations.
