TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction of an existing sports hall, including related demolition work, construction modifications, and the modernisation of the building’s technical equipment. The implementation particularly includes the reconstruction of the perimeter façade and the roof structure of the building, the modification of the interior spaces including changing rooms, sanitary facilities, and stands, the construction of a new sports flooring, as well as the reconstruction and extension of the building’s technical distribution systems. The subject of the contract also includes the installation of a new heat source using a heat pump system, including the construction of drilled wells, on-site distribution of well water, and related technological equipment. The scope and technical solution of the construction are defined in detail in the project documentation prepared by HajPo, s.r.o. and Ing. arch.
