The subject of procurement is the performance of works on the reconstruction and extension of a building consisting of a ground floor, a first floor, a tower at the elevation of +8.54 and a tower at the elevation of +11.67, while preserving the ground-floor space of the existing auxiliary ambulance building. The total gross construction area of the newly designed building is 687.63 m2. After conversion, reconstruction and extension, the building will be used as a social fire station for the needs of the settlement of Stari Perkovci.
