TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction and arrangement of the existing riding arena on plot no. 196/1, cadastral municipality Barban, with the aim of improving conditions for participation in equestrian sports, meeting the demand of the local community, and developing the sports and recreational offer of the Municipality of Barban. The riding arena with internal dimensions of 35.0 x 70.0 m (2,450.00 m2), i.e., with external dimensions of 35.6 x 70.6 m (2,513.36 m2), will be reconstructed and arranged in accordance with the main design. The works include perimeter fencing of the riding arena, construction of the floor surface structure (supporting layer, geotextile, HDPE geomembrane, and a finishing layer of sand 30 cm thick), installation of an ebb-flow irrigation system with recirculation of rainwater, construction of a grandstand with 280 seating places (including 2 accessible places for persons with reduced mobility), a judges’ platform, cascading retaining walls, and external walkable surfaces.
