TENDER DESCRIPTION

The existing building POŠ Gozd, which is in terms of intended use partially defined as a residential building, will have its purpose changed so that it will be entirely converted into an educational building. At the same time, the building will be rearranged so that, if needed, a kindergarten unit can be placed in part of the building. The building will be partially reconstructed: static reinforcement of the ceiling structure above the ground floor will be carried out, as well as earthquake and energy refurbishment. An extension will be carried out: instead of the existing vestibule, which will be removed, a new vestibule of similar dimensions will be built in the same location.
