The subject of procurement is the performance of reconstruction works of the Primary School of Marija Jurić Zagorka. In accordance with the Programme of works for capital investments in buildings for social activities and the renewal of buildings damaged by the earthquake in the City of Zagreb in 2026, funds are planned for the preparation of design documentation, construction and equipping of the Primary School of Marija Jurić Zagorka. "CPV code and name: 45214210-5. The project envisages an extension to the existing primary school building, which needs to be expanded within its basic purpose. The project task involves extending the existing school with 5 classrooms and 3 classrooms (teaching rooms), sanitary facilities and a kitchen block, as well as 2 groups of preschool education with the associated spaces. Kindergarten spaces are considered as a separate unit, with its own entrance. The reconstructed primary school building will have an storey height of: ground floor + first floor (Pr+1).
