Rekonstrukcija prohodne krovne terase u zgradi Dječjeg vrtića Korčula

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes the reconstruction of a walkable roof terrace on the Korčula Childrens’ Kindergarten building, at the address Pelavin mir bb, 20260 Korčula, with a total area of approximately 207 m², for the purpose of repairing existing damage and ensuring permanent waterproofing, thermal insulation, and the functionality of the terrace. The works include removing the existing floor layers of the terrace, worn-out sheet-metal work, existing joinery, and the temporary dismantling and repair of the metal railing; installation of new floor layers including reinforced cement screed, a vapour barrier, thermal insulation, and waterproofing; installation of new exterior anti-slip ceramic tiles; installation of new aluminium joinery; repairing façade damage caused by the penetration of rainwater; fabrication and installation of new sheet-metal work; and performing all finishing works, including site cleaning and disposal of construction waste, all in accordance with the bill of quantities.
