TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement is the execution of works on the pedestrian path in Josip Ban Jelačić Street in Valpovo, at location c.p. no. 3155 in k.o. Valpovo. This procurement subject provides exclusively for the reconstruction of the existing pedestrian path on the south side of the traffic route from Sunčana Street to Ante Starčević Street. The designed pedestrian path has a width of 1.50 m. The length of the pedestrian path is approximately 0.5 km, which includes the reconstruction of public lighting and stormwater drainage in accordance with Annex 1 and 2 of this Procurement Documentation. The subject of procurement is co-financed from the funds of the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets, based on the Decision on the selection of projects of cities and municipalities for co-financing in 2026 (KLASA: 363-01/26-01/10, URBROJ: 531-01-26-5 of 09.07.2026), and partly from the Budget of the City of Valpovo for 2026 Reconstruction of Ban Josip Jelačić Street (pedestrian path, south side from Sunčana Street to Ante Starčević Street) as part of the project “Development of Safe Pedestrian Infrastructure in Valpovo
