TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the reconstruction of the DV Sunce building as part of the project Investment in the extension and equipping of the kindergarten in Fažana, under project: NPOO.C3.1.R1-I1.02.0082, in accordance with the Main project, ZOP: 031/24, chief designer Neda Rakovac Šuran, M.Sc. in civil engineering G4921. For the reconstruction, extension and equipping of the existing building, i.e. the public and social facility - kindergarten Sunce, a Building Permit was issued with CLASS: UP/I -361-03/25-01/001720, REGISTRATION NO: 2163-18/3-26-0009 dated 02.03.2026. The land on which the existing public and social facility – kindergarten Sunce is located has the designation plot no. 799/1 cadastral municipality Fažana and is situated in the Municipality of Fažana. The reconstruction project of the existing free-standing building of public and social purpose, kindergarten "Sunce" plans the formation of an additional nursery group.
