TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the planned intervention in the area is the repurposing and reconstruction of the existing public and social building, an elementary school, into a kindergarten in Slovinska Kovačica. On the subject plot, there is an existing public and social building – an elementary school institution, a branch school building. The building is legal according to the Use Permit KLASA: UP/I-361-05/24-30/000288, URBROJ: 2103-21-2/11-24-0006, 20.08.2024. (Use Permit for buildings constructed until 15 February 1968). The existing branch school building in the center of Slovinska Kovačica is no longer functional, and repurposing and reconstruction are planned. The project task is to repurpose the branch elementary school building into a kindergarten that will have exclusively educational purposes for accommodating preschool children, one kindergarten group and one nursery group. This intervention will not change the volume of the existing building. Access to the raised ground floor will be provided by reconstructed stairs in accordance with the new function of the object as well as an additional ramp.
