Recreation and fun on the Philadelphia Boulevard in Toruń 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out the task entitled: “Recreation and fun on the Philadelphia Boulevard in Toruń”. 2. The subject of the contract includes in particular the following scope of works: 1) earthworks and demolition works; 2) construction of a safe surface made of sand and of a surface for bicycle stands made of crushed granite together with a subbase and edging; 3) delivery and installation of recreational and playground elements and small architecture elements. 3.
