TENDER DESCRIPTION

In sub-range 1, the subject matter of the procurement is direct recruitment services for VTT’s top management, typically members of the management board and other executives. “Tasks at management board level” refer to, for example, Executive Vice President (EVP), Senior Vice President (SVP), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or other duties at a corresponding level of requirements and responsibility. “Tasks of other executives” refer to a person who reports directly to the management board level person (e.g. VP-level roles). The aim of the tendering procedure is to find professional contractual partners for the high-quality implementation of direct recruitment services supporting the recruitment process. VTT will select four (4) suppliers as contractual partners for sub-range 1. The same supplier may be selected for sub-range 1 and for sub-range 2. The tendering procedure seeks suppliers of the services for a two (2) year contract period. After the actual contract period, VTT has an option to continue the contract for two further years, one year at a time (1+1).
