TENDER DESCRIPTION

In sub-entity 1, the subject of the procurement is direct recruitment services for VTT’s top management, typically members of the Management Group and other managers. By positions at Management Group level are meant, for example, Executive Vice President (EVP), Senior Vice President (SVP), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or other positions at a comparable level of requirements and responsibility. By positions of other managers are meant the person reporting directly to a person at Management Group level (e.g. VP-level roles). The aim of the tendering procedure is to find professional contractual partners for the high-quality implementation of direct recruitment services supporting the recruitment process. VTT will select four (4) suppliers as contractual partners for sub-entity 1. The same supplier may be selected for both sub-entity 1 and sub-entity 2 of the procurement. Through this tendering procedure, services are sought from suppliers for a two (2) year contract period. After the actual contract period, VTT has an option to continue the contract for two years, one year at a time (1+1).
