TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the 2021-2027 ERDF programming, the Walloon Government decided, at its meeting of 06.01.2025, to definitively approve the project portfolio “POLE ECONOMIQUE DE GAROCENTRE TRIMODAL”. This portfolio includes the following projects: 1. the construction of an engineering structure crossing the railway line and provision of a road network enabling direct connection between this engineering structure and the existing Garocentre Trimodal zone in La Louvière; 2. the remediation/clean-up of part of the Duferco site (former Usines Gustave Boël) in La Louvière, in order to develop an extension of the Garocentre trimodal platform; 3. the requalification of a former relay hall, on the site known as “Glaverbel” in La Louvière, into a business reception building better suited to current trends (smaller and modular surfaces) and less energy-intensive; The works covered by this contract therefore relate to project 3: the requalification of a former relay hall known as “Glaverbel”.
