TENDER DESCRIPTION
The detailed description of the technical specifications is provided in the Particular Technical Specifications (CCTP). The form of the contract is a single-award framework agreement implemented by issuing purchase orders, by applying the prices defined in the Schedule of Unit Prices (BPU) of the contractor. The detailed terms of the framework agreement are specified in the Particular Administrative Clauses (CCAP). The maximum amount of orders for the total duration of performance of the framework agreement, including renewals, is EUR 1,700,000 exclusive of tax.
