TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of the new elementary building including the medico-social premises and the rehabilitation-extension of the school canteen including the after-school (périscolaires) premises. In the context of the contract and in the developments that follow, the term “phase” is used in a strictly technical sense and has no legal scope. It refers to the two operational phases of the reconfiguration project for the Léo Lagrange school complex, organised as follows: - Phase 1: construction of the new elementary building incorporating the medico-social premises (2,422 m²), as well as the rehabilitation and extension of the existing school canteen, including the after-school (périscolaires) premises; - Phase 2: rehabilitation and extension of the elementary building B in order to accommodate the new nursery school (1,636 m²), demolition of the nursery school and elementary A buildings, and development of the outdoor spaces.
