TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of the new elementary building including the medical-social premises and the rehabilitation-extension of the school canteen including the after-school premises. In the context of the contract and in the developments that follow, the term “tranche” is used in a strictly technical sense and has no legal scope. It denotes the two operational phases of the Léo Lagrange school complex reconfiguration project, organized as follows: - Tranche 1: construction of the new elementary building integrating the medical-social premises (2,422 m²), as well as the rehabilitation and extension of the existing school canteen, including the after-school premises; - Tranche 2: rehabilitation and extension of the elementary building B in order to accommodate the new kindergarten (1,636 m²), demolition of the kindergarten and elementary building A buildings, and development of the outdoor areas.
