The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for a duration of 36 months and the total amount of the services for the duration of the framework agreement is defined as follows: Minimum threshold 5,000 euros excluding tax Maximum threshold 100,000 euros excluding tax The services are paid for at unit and lump-sum prices. The purpose of this consultation is to provide services relating to the moving, transport, handling and reinstallation of historical archives as part of the restructuring and extension of the departmental archives and archaeology building in Perpignan. The archive document relocation services will be carried out in two phases: - Phase 1: transfer of archives from building A to building B. The restacking of the destination bays is to be included in the service, - Phase 2: transfer of archives from building B to building A. Complete dusting of the existing shelves before repositioning the archives and specific restacking if the original one was not optimal.
