TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are paid by unit prices. The prices are Brief description of the contract: subject to monthly revision. Preparation period: 8 weeks, execution of works and submission of the DROE: 90 weeks; maximum execution period of the contract: 90 weeks maximum. Validity period of offers: 180 days. A retention guarantee of 3% of the initial contract amount (increased if applicable by the amount of amendments) will be constituted. It may be replaced at the contractor's discretion by a first demand guarantee. The advance payment amount is set at 20% of the initial amount.
