TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are paid by unit prices. Prices are Brief description of the contract: subject to monthly revision. Preparation period: 8 weeks, execution of works and delivery of the DROE: 90 weeks; maximum contract execution period: 90 weeks maximum. Validity period of offers: 180 days. A retention guarantee of 3% of the initial contract amount (possibly increased by the amount of any amendments) will be constituted. It can be replaced at the contractor's discretion by a first demand guarantee. The amount of the advance payment is set at 20% of the initial amount.
