TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract for intellectual services concerns the mission to monitor and provide animation for an OPAH-CD condominium LES GRILLON 2 – Quartier Mas de Mingue. Given that the previous agreement ended prior to the start of work on the common areas relating to phases 3, 4 and 5 (residentialisation of the building, energy improvement), it was decided to implement a new Programme for the Improvement of Degraded Housing (OPAH-CD) on the condominium “Les Grillons 2”. This is intended to: - Continue the main actions initiated during the first OPAH – CD; - Technically and financially monitor the upcoming project; - Support the condominium during its first “post-project” year in order to ensure its financial, management and operational stability; As the contract is a mixed-price contract, for the unit-price portion, all the services provided for in the BPU are subject to a framework agreement resulting in the issuance of purchase orders, concluded in application of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
