TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract for intellectual services covers the monitoring-animation mission for an OPAH-CD co-ownership LES GRILLON 2 – Quartier Mas de Mingue. Given the end of the previous agreement in advance of the start of work on the common areas concerning phases 3, 4 and 5 (residentialisation of the building, energy improvement), it was decided to implement a new “Opération Programmée d’Amélioration de l’Habitat Copropriété Dégradée” (OPAH-CD.) for the co-ownership “Les Grillons 2”. This is intended to: - Continue the main actions initiated during the first OPAH – CD; - Technically and financially monitor the worksite to come; - Support the co-ownership in its first “post-worksite” year in order to ensure its financial, management and operational stability; Since the contract is at mixed prices, for the unit price part, all the services provided for in the BPU are subject to a framework agreement that results in the issuance of purchase orders, awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
