TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender solicits the acquisition of pneumatic and junctional tourniquets, along with associated training, to support the Armed Forces Health Service establishments. The required devices encompass pneumatic tourniquets, both without manometers (useful length greater than 85 cm) and with manometer-type displays (maintaining constant pressure for at least 120 minutes and useful lengths of at least 80 cm), as well as junctional tourniquets featuring pelvic contention, removable compression systems, and the ability to arrest hemorrhages in critical arterial areas.
