TENDER DESCRIPTION
It is required to offer a fully integrated, automated field emission scanning electron microscope as a turnkey end-to-end solution which enables three-dimensional volume electron microscopy via SBFI. The overall system shall cover the complete workflow from hardware through integrated image processing to software-based segmentation and three-dimensional visualization of the data. Compatibility with Dragonfly, Imaris, Matlab, and ImageJ is required.
