TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the shower facilities and toilets for inmates in Pavilion “A” at the Penitentiary (Zakład Karny) in Zabrze 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the renovation of the shower facilities and toilets for inmates in Pavilion “A” at the Penitentiary (Zakład Karny) in Zabrze; 41-806 Zabrze, ul. ks. Pawła Janika 12. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in this chapter and in Appendix No 6, 7, 7a, 8, 9 to the SWZ. 2. Pursuant to Article 131(2)(1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor, before submitting the tender, to carry out a site inspection of the area covered by the contract. 3. The Contracting Authority informs that the site inspection is mandatory, and failure to participate in this activity will result in rejection of the tender pursuant to Article 226(1)(18). The site inspection may be conducted from Monday to Friday during hours between 8:00 and 14:00 - after prior arrangement of the exact date with Maj.
