TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of stair railings and stone flooring in the District Court building in Skierniewice 1. The subject of the contract is “Renovation of stair railings in the District Court building in Skierniewice”. 2. Renovation works will be carried out in an operating facility — they must not disrupt the functioning of the Court. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, before submitting an offer, conducts a site visit of the place where the works are to be carried out. The date of the site visit must be arranged individually with Anna Szeliga, tel. 513 024 408, on working days from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 14:00. On the basis of the conducted site visit, the Ordering Party will prepare a protocol or a attendance list, constituting confirmation that it took place. The Contractor is not required to attach separate confirmation of the site visit to the offer. 4. An offer submitted without conducting the required site visit shall be rejected on the basis of Article 226(1)(18) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp).
