Renovation of the manor house building in Bolesław 1. The subject of the contract— the task entitled “Renovation of the manor house building in Bolesław”—is carried out under the project “Renovation and outfitting of the historic Manor House in Bolesław, for the purposes of developing the activities of the Centre for Culture”. Project number FEMP.07.01-IZ.00-0124/25.2. The task will be carried out based on design documentation and building permit decision no. 36/2025 of 29.01.2025, reference: SAB.6740.1.40.2025.KB, permit no. ZN-I.5142.25.2025 of 27.01.2025 issued by the Małopolskie Voivodeship Heritage Conservator, water-law permit decision of 17.01.2025, no. CK.ZUZ.4210.890.2024.IM, within the scope covered by the building permit, i.e. renovation of the Manor House building in Bolesław together with construction of a soakaway well for discharging stormwater from the roof slopes and the terrace.3.
