TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of an outbuilding in Borsztal The subject of the contract is the renovation of an outbuilding in Borsztal with a usable area of 180 m2, with one above-ground storey, consisting of 4 utility rooms and a usable attic. The scope of the renovation of the outbuilding includes: - replacement of two steel roller (lift) gates on segmented, insulated, pilot (remote-control) operated with dimensions of 2.6 m x 2.4 m; - replacement of external steel doors with PVC doors with dimensions of 1.1 m x 2.10 m; - replacement of two external wooden gates at the attic with dimensions of 1.0 m x 1.5 m; - replacement of the guttering system; - replacement of full anti-snow fences (“przeciwśniegowe”) with ladder-type fences; from the front, installation of fences in two rows; - replacement of site hard-surfacing made of eco-blocks (“ekokraty”) with gravel infill; - filling/adding walls with thickness ~40 cm from full brick; - replacement of linear drainage; - replacement of ventilation grilles in the external wall; - replacement of corrugated protective conduits for electrical cables; - replacement of the electrical installation – connection point with the power generator set; - topping up…
