TENDER DESCRIPTION
Renovation of the sports hall building at Ludowa Street in Koluszki. 1. The subject of the contract is renovation of the sports facilities back-of-house area of the sports hall in Koluszki at 16 Ludowa Street. The scope of construction works includes: 1) Replacement of window joinery. 2) Replacement of external and internal door joinery. 3) Renovation of sanitary nodes together with replacement of sanitary fixtures. 4) Dismantling of existing and installation of new mechanical ventilation. 5) Installation of air-conditioning in four rooms. 6) Dismantling and installation of new suspended ceilings. 7) Replacement of lighting luminaires. 8) Replacement of floors. 9) Reconstruction of external stairs together with a ramp for persons with disabilities. 10) Replacement of lighting luminaires.
