Renovation of the municipal building at Ptasia Street 1 in Kamienna Góra The subject of the contract is the performance of renovation works on a municipal building and the demolition of utility buildings at Ptasia Street 1 in Kamienna Góra. The building is located on a plot according to the land register no. 12/3, precinct 7 of the town of Kamienna Góra. The building is located within the area covered by the local spatial development plan for the area in the vicinity of Legnicka and Wałbrzyska Streets in Kamienna Góra (Resolution No. XIX/108/12 of 2012-03-28 of the Municipal Council in Kamienna Góra), designated with the symbol 18MWU as multi-family residential development land with accompanying services. Additionally, the building has been entered in the municipal register of monuments. The tenement house was built at the end of the 19th century as a freestanding structure at Ptasia Street. The structure was built using traditional brickwork technology with wooden floors between storeys, with a wooden four-slope roof in a mansard layout, finished with cement tiles.
