TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the residential building of Leśniczówka Janinów Renovation of the residential building of Leśniczówka Janinów in the locality of Janinów 7, municipality of Brzeziny. Works covered by this scope include: a) Dismantling of the electrical and lightning protection installations for reinstallation after completion of the renovation, b) Demolition of the rear veranda of the building, c) Insulation of the foundations, d) Replacement of window joinery together with external and internal window sills, e) Insulation of the building walls with mineral wool, f) Replacement of fascia and wind boards together with the replacement of gutters and downspouts, g) Replacement of tiles on the entrance steps at the front and the rear of the building, h) Replacement of the exterior cladding board, i) Painting of the remaining wooden elements of the building, j) Installation of a paving curb/edge around the building made of concrete blocks, k) Cleaning and restoration works.
