The subject of the contract is renovation of a residential building at 10 Długa Street in Kraków – renovation of the roof, façade on the courtyard side and gable end walls – Part I – repair of the balustrade above the bay window and sheet-metal works, including, among other things: completing formalities for occupying the sidewalk during the renovation, installation and dismantling of scaffolding, protective works, renovation of the balcony, bricklaying/masonry works, execution of plasterwork and decorative elements of the façade, fabrication and installation of sheet-metal flashings/coverings, repair of the plinth, and cleaning/housekeeping works. 2.
