TENDER DESCRIPTION
Renovation of a multi-family residential building, i.e. execution and removal of door openings in a residential unit, the so-called training unit 1) The scope of works will include renovation works, construction and dismantling of partition walls, installation of doors, as well as modernization of the water and sewage installation and the central heating installation. 2) The Contracting Authority requires the provision of at least 36 months of warranty and liability for defects for the subject matter of the contract. 3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been included in Annexes No 9-13 to the SWZ
