RENOVATION OF BUILDING NO. 15 IN THE MILITARY COMPLEX AT UL. WARSZAWSKA 10 SCOPE OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY: a) demolition works: • demolition of partition walls made of bricks • demolition of partition walls made of G-K boards on a steel frame • chipping out wooden and steel door frames from the masonry • dismantling wooden doors • removal of tiling/beds of tiles and ceramic tiles from walls and floors • dismantling wooden skirting boards on the stairs • chipping off mould-stained plaster • removing carpet flooring b) internal works: • levelling the concrete floor by milling • priming the concrete surface with the execution of self-levelling screed • laying carpet flooring with upturn onto the wall • laying gres tiles with dimensions 30x30 and 50x50/60x60 with skirting boards on floors and stairs • concreting over openings after sanitary fixtures • levelling and priming the substrate • mould treatment of brick walls and ceilings using an in-depth method • execution of waterproofing • gypsum plasters on walls • internal plastering • painting with emulsion paint • painting with oil paint • execution of mosaic plaster • painting heating installation pipes with oil paint •…
