The subject matter of this contract is: Renovation of building No. 3 (barracks) in the military economic center (KNW) at ul. Subject matter of the contract: The subject matter of the contract is to perform complete design-and-cost estimate documentation covering the renovation and conversion of the existing electrical and power installations in the barracks-office building located within the military complex at ul. Królewiecka in Elbląg. The documentation is to constitute the basis for conducting a tender procedure and for the execution of construction works. 3.
