Renovation of building no. 33 on the premises of the military unit in Suwałki The subject of the contract is the renovation of building no. 33 on the premises of the military unit in Suwałki, built in 1901. The building is equipped with: - installations: electrical, lightning protection, central heating (c.o.), water and sewerage (wod-kan). Technical parameters: - cubic volume 1484 m³ - usable floor area 266 m². Basic contract: The subject of the study is the renovation of rooms no.: 2 - utility room; 3 - briefing room; 4a - men’s WC; 4b - women’s WC. Optional contract: - covering of the flat roof (stropodach) with a one-layer thermally bonded modified bitumen membrane (SBS) on a polyester fibre substrate; - construction of a paving path made of concrete paving blocks; - renovation of external concrete steps.
