TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of building No 5 on the premises of the military complex at ul. Wojska Polskiego in Koszalin. 1. The subject of the contract is to carry out renovation works for building No 5 at ul. Wojska Polskiego in Koszalin. The renovation works cover the premises on the first floor of the building, including: demolition of wall and floor coverings, repair of plaster in office rooms, construction of new partition walls, patching up plaster, restoration of paint coatings, replacement of internal door joinery, installation of sanitary partition walls, replacement of lighting fixtures and plug sockets, replacement of sanitary fittings and equipment in WC rooms, and installation of PVC floor coverings. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) - Annex No 8 and the Bill of Quantities - Annex No 9 to the SWZ.
