Renovation of building no. 75 in the military complex at ul. Dworcowa 6A in the Dragacz commune group - case 83/2026 The subject of the contract is the renovation of building no. 75 in the military complex at ul. Dworcowa 6A in the Dragacz commune group, which includes the following scope: 1) replacement of part of the door joinery; 2) flooring works – execution of floors with gres tiles; 3) plastering works – execution of plaster finishing (gypsum smooth plaster) on walls and ceilings; 4) painting works on surfaces of walls and ceilings; 5) replacement of sanitary installations – plumbing (water and sewer); 6) replacement of electrical installation; 7) removal and management of waste. The scope of works also includes the performance of accompanying works consisting in carrying out accompanying works involving lighting of the work area, fencing off stages of the works, securing and fencing off the work area with warning signs, handrails, walkways/bridges, awnings/canopies and securing elements, preparing and maintaining the construction work area facilities, labeling and securing installations and equipment on the work area.
