TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the building at Dmowskiego Street 2 in Konin 1. The subject of the contract is: Renovation of the building at Dmowskiego Street 2 in Konin, including the scope of works:— adapting the current layout of rooms for the people using them by improving the functional and utility program,— dividing off new sanitary facilities and changing rooms with a division into women and men,— removal of thresholds between rooms,— supply and installation of new sanitary appliances,— supply and installation of new changing room and dining room equipment (appliances, furniture),— renovation or construction of a new gravity ventilation system,— installation of new central heating (c.o.) and domestic hot water (c.w.u.) in the designed rooms,— installation of a new electrical and lighting system in the designed rooms,— renovation of walls, ceilings, and floors,— replacement of interior doors,— renovation of the wall on the side of the park. The full scope of works forming the subject of the contract is specified in the above description, the bill of quantities, the investor’s cost estimate, and the design documentation constituting Annex No. 5, 6, 7, 8 to the SWZ.
