TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the Municipal Office building in Miedziana Góra 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the project entitled “Renovation of the Municipal Office building in Miedziana Góra”, including renovation of the interiors of three above-ground storeys of the public administration building together with modernisation of internal installations and adaptation of selected usable, technical and fire-protection elements, as well as the scope of works and deliveries covered by the contract in the Interior Design Project. However, the scope of works and deliveries covered by the contract within the scope of the Interior Design Project includes exclusively those elements, materials, equipment and design solutions that are included in the bill of quantities and/or the tender cost estimate, which constitute the basis for pricing the Contractor’s offer.
