TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the BM workshop building in Wysoczanach Description of the subject of the contract The subject of the contract includes: - dismantling and disposal of the roof covering of the flat roof,- preparing the roof surface for laying new covering made of thermally bonded felt. -installing vent cowls in the roof covering in the quantity of 3 pcs per 100 m2 and making sheet-metal flashings around existing chimneys. -restoring the lightning protection installation together with connecting it to the existing installation of the lower part of the building and carrying out tests of the effectiveness of protection. Inside the building, existing worn-out ventilation system elements must be dismantled, any gaps/defects arising during the performance of the works must be plastered over, unnecessary material must be disposed of, and the area within the scope of the works must be tidied up. The Description of the Subject of the Contract and the method of performance of the contract includes the OPZ, which constitutes an attachment to the SWZ in accordance with the positions of the bill of quantities of the offer
