The subject of the contract is construction works in the scope of renovation of common areas, i.e. 5 corridors in the residential building at Zamenhofa 13 in Gdynia and—if the Contracting Authority exercises the Option Right—also 5 levels of the stairwell. constituting the property of the Gdynia Municipality together with all necessary arrangements (Works).2. The scope of the Works has been defined in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Annex No 7 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the OPZ.
