A detailed description of the elements of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix: Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ Bill of quantities 3. If the documentation indicated, in relation to certain materials and equipment, trademarks, patents or origin of the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party, pursuant to Article 99(5) of the Act, allows submission of equivalent products. Any products originating from specific manufacturers specify the minimum quality parameters and functional characteristics to which the goods must correspond in order to meet the requirements placed by the Ordering Party and constitute solely a quality reference for the subject of the contract.
