TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of part of the premises, conservation and restoration works in the historic manor house of the “Reymontówka” Creative Work House in Chlewiska The subject matter of the contract includes conservation and restoration works and construction works in the historic manor house of the “Reymontówka” Creative Work House in Chlewiska. The construction works include: 7 hotel rooms with bathrooms, 3 office rooms with a bathroom, a dining room (canteen), and parts of the communication area within the rooms – on the ground floor. The scope of works includes: refurbishment and completion of plaster, taking into account the colour scheme characteristic of the monument, painting the walls and filling in the paneling (boiserie); restoration of wooden doors, window sills, parquet floors and wooden floors; restoration of the historic tiled stove; modernisation of the electrical installation; execution of ventilation; replacement of terracotta tiles, glazed tiles (glazura), sanitary fixtures, plumbing fixtures and furnishing of bathrooms.
