A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Terms of Reference (TOR) constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract (SWZ), in the Project contractual provisions - constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, in the Technical Specification of Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR) - constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in the Bills of Quantities - constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.
