TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is construction work consisting in the renovation of roof coverings of buildings/structures 15 and 92. 2. The scope of works includes dismantling existing coverings together with thermal insulation as well as roof fittings and equipment, and the management of waste generated in accordance with STWIORB. 2.1. Part 1: cleaning and repairing the roof surfaces, building up parapets (firewalls), making a primer and vapour barrier layer, making thermal insulation, making a two-layer waterproofing, making all flashings and the entire guttering system, replacing roof ventilators/soffits, replacing lighting fixtures, replacing the lightning protection installation. The detailed scope of performance of the subject matter of the contract is specified by the documentation describing the actions to be carried out: 2.1.1. Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWIORB) – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ 2.1.2. Bill of Quantities – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, 2.1.3.
