TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the roof of the building at 28 Hallera Street in Katowice-Burowiec 1.1. The subject of the contract is to carry out construction works as part of the project entitled: "Renovation of the roof of the building at 28 Hallera Street in Katowice-Burowiec". 1.2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: the bill of quantities together with the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the designed contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 1.3. The required warranty period for the Subject of the contract is 60 months from the date of final acceptance, excluding the warranty for equipment/materials, which is 24 months. (If the warranties of entities, e.g., manufacturers of equipment, materials, etc., are longer than 24 months, the warranty period granted for those equipment, materials, etc. by the Contractor is equal to the warranty granted by those entities).
