Renovation of the roof of the Tax Office building in Ostrowi Mazowieckiej - in the design-and-build mode The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes:• preparing design documentation for the renovation of the roof covering of the Tax Office building, reviewed/opinionated by an expert in fire protection safeguards,• securing the site provided by the Contracting Authority, • carrying out the dismantling of the guttering system, downspouts, roofing covering, sheet metal flashings, roof hatches, wooden battens, the covering of dormer wall areas,• dismantling the existing thermal insulation of the ceiling of the top (last) storey, with careful stacking of the material for reinstallation and securing it against weather conditions, dust, and rubble,• carrying out the renovation of chimneys above the roofline and chimney caps,• applying impregnation to the wooden roof structure (protection against moisture, fungi, mould, insects and fire), • making a small hood/coachhouse (kozubek), • making the roof covering together with sheet metal flashings,• making the covering of dormer wall areas,• installing chimney access benches, ventilation flues for the unused attic, preparing a…
