Roof refurbishment of the guardhouse building at the Detention Centre in Zabrze 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the refurbishment of the roof of the guardhouse building at the Detention Centre in Zabrze; 41-806 Zabrze, ul. ks. Pawła Janika 12. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in this chapter and in Appendix No. 6 and 7 to the SWZ. 2. Pursuant to Article 131(2)(1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor, prior to submitting the tender, to carry out a site visit of the area covered by the contract.3. The Contracting Authority informs that carrying out a site visit is mandatory, and failure to participate in this activity will result in rejection of the tender pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the Pzp Act.
