Roof renovation of the Skalar swimming pool building at ul. Sosnkowskiego 3 in Warsaw The subject of the contract is to carry out roof renovation in the Skalar swimming pool building at ul. Gen. K. Sosnkowskiego 3, Warsaw Ursus: a) above the social-administrative-service part: dismantling the roof fixtures/equipment with special attention to the PV installation, which should be dismantled and reinstalled after the roof renovation by NEW SUN Sp. z o.o., which is the contractor for the installation—in order to maintain the warranty. Next, tearing off the two-layer roof covering made of heat-welded roofing felt, replacing the thermal and anti-moisture insulation. Installation of new slopes made of rigid mineral wool. Installing thermal insulation made of wool with a thickness of 25 cm, and then laying a layer of rigid mineral wool with a thickness of 5 cm. Securing the insulation using system telescopic fasteners. Making a new two-layer roofing covering of heat-welded roofing felts. Carrying out new metal flashing works, joining by standing seam. Reconstructing the roof fixtures/equipment, replacing polycarbonate panels on the canopy above the main entrance/main terrace; b) above…
